THE AREA
This resort offers you the best of both worlds, an active fun packed holiday or an away from it all break to take at your own pace. The numerous activities in Newquay, Cornwall’s renowned surfing capital which is only six miles away. At the heart of the resort lies the Manor House Bar and all the relaxing facilities of an indoor leisure complex. The clubhouse is home to a small indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna, and the pool is overlooked by the café bar which offers snacks by day and transforms at night into the exclusive Club Disco. Also within the complex is the bar, with its pub-style menu, excellent meals and bar snacks, where family entertainment, including barbecue nights, is provided on selected evenings. The outdoor terrace leads to a superb heated outdoor pool and separate children’s pool, and within the grounds there are also two tennis courts, an adventure area for children and crazy golf. The courtyard reception contains a mini-shop, a games room with pool tables, machines & video games. A car is advisable to get the most from your holiday. Pets are welcomed here at a charge of £20 per week.

The cottages are set in landscaped terraces and courtyards within the Manor House Grounds. All cottages are fully furnished with a spacious open plan design.

DIRECTIONS
M5 to Exeter, then take A30 (signposted Okehampton). Stay on A30 approx. 60 miles, after signs for Bodmin continue to large roundabout, follow A30 signposted Redruth. Landmarks will include: Little Chef; Victoria Business Park; Railway Bridge. Take the left-hand slip road signposted Newquay A392, at the first roundabout take 3rd exit, at the second roundabout take 2nd exit signposted Newquay A392. Carworgie is situated approximately ¾ mile on your right.
